MEDICAL CARE

  • We work closely with area specialists for all of our patients’ medical needs, and, when necessary, make referrals to area hospitals.

    Our Dental Team sees patients of all ages, regardless of whether or not they have insurance. You can make an appointment, or come in for non-emergency urgent dental needs. Dental care is available to all patients, regardless of where they receive their medical care.

    WOMEN'S SERVICES

    Mujeres Unidas Por Vida (Women United for Life)

    Holyoke Health Center has established a system to provide patient support, referrals, managed care assistance, community outreach and coordination to increase the number of low income Latinas over age 40 to access Mammography Services. Nothing must get in the way of a woman’s ability to maintain health. In 2013, this important work was funded once again through the generosity of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Massachusetts Affiliate.

     Komen MA works to reduce breast cancer in our state by funding education, screening and treatment programs, with an emphasis on those facing barriers to care. In the past five years, Komen MA has given out over $4.5 million to community-based partners for screening, education awareness, and treatment grants in the Commonwealth. The Affiliate continues to grow and act as a caring resource for local men and women. Komen MA is dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable people in Massachusetts from the impacts of breast cancer, particularly those who face barriers to care.
