Resident 2012 - 2013:
Position: Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at a large School of Pharmacy
Duties: Completion of teaching, service, and scholarship. Teach both didactic classes as well as maintaining a clinical practice site for APPE students. Practice site is an ambulatory care rotation at a federally qualified community health center.
Resident 2013 - 2014:
Position: Director of an MTM and clinical pharmacy team for a Medicare PACE plan
Duties: Medication reconciliations, chart reviews, patient education, documentation of interventions and outcomes, and assurance of Medicare regulatory compliance.
Resident 2014 - 2015:
Position: Coordinator of Clinical Pharmacy Services
Duties: Manage MTM clinic, involvement with PWTF (Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund) pediatric asthma and HepC programs, transition of care and other clinical pharmacy services. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing culturally competent care. Precept APPE students from multiple universities.
Resident 2016 - 2017:
Position: Clinical Pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Health Center
Duties: Perform MTM and Transitions of Care visits while working as a part of an interdisciplinary team providing culturally competent care. Precept APPE students. Assist with data collection and analysis for specialty programs. Provide other clinical pharmacy services and in-services for health center staff.
Resident 2017 - 2018:
Position: PGY2 Mental Health Pharmacy Resident
Duties: Continue education and training to specialize as an ambulatory care, mental health pharmacist.
Resident 2018 - 2019:
Position: Clinical Pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Health Center
Duties: Perform MTM and Transitions of Care visits while working as part of an interdisciplinary team providing culturally competent care. Precept APPE students. Provide other clinical pharmacy services and in-services for health center staff and patients including immunizations, Narcan, emergency contraceptives, and clean needles.

Position: Clinical Pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Health Center
Duties: Perform MTM and Transitions of Care visits while working as part of an interdisciplinary team providing culturally competent care. Precept APPE students. Provide other clinical pharmacy services and in-services for health center staff and patients including immunizations, Narcan, emergency contraceptives, and clean needles.
Position: Center for Recovery and Support Clinical Pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Health Center
Duties: Provide direct pharmaceutical care while serving as a resource for medication information and patient education for disease states such as HIV, Hepatitis C, Latent TB and Substance Use Disorder.
Resident 2020- 2021:
Position: Clinical Pharmacists at an outpatient health center
Duties: Continue providing direct patient care and other clinical pharmacy services
