COVID-19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To assure the safety of our patients and staff during COVID-19, in person breastfeeding consults will be limited to scheduled provider visits ONLY effective April 1, 2020. The Holyoke Breastfeeding Resource Center continues to welcome phone consults for breastfeeding support and questions, call (413) 420 - 2862 and a member of the health center staff or one of our community partners will follow up with you.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) continue to recommend breastfeeding for all babies. Moms who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 should take special precautions, as noted below:

The Holyoke Breastfeeding Resource Center provides breastfeeding support and individual lactation consultations (on the phone or in person) for patients of the Holyoke and Chicopee Health Centers. The goal of the Holyoke Breastfeeding Resource Center, in collaboration with our community partners, is to improve the continuity of breastfeeding care for women and their families.
