Ryan White Program

Holyoke Health Center is a recipient of the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Part C Early Intervention Services grant. The Ryan White program provides HIV positive patients with access to infectious disease providers, medical case management, treatment adherence services, care coordination, and benefits coordinators who work to connect patients to community resources for food insecurity, housing insecurity, transportation assistance, and prescription payment assistance.

Case Management

Case management services for HIV-positive patients are provided through our partnership with River Valley Counseling Center.
