To assure the safety of our patients and staff, our Center for Recovery and Support has SUSPENDED the following services effective March 18, 2020 until further notice: Walk-In Counseling & Testing Services, Group Acupuncture Clinics, and Walk-In services for HIV and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Please visit our website frequently for updates on the re-opening of our services.
If you are in need of care for HIV or MAT, please call us at (413) 420 – 1730 to schedule an appointment. If you had a high risk sexual exposure and need nPEP or are symptomatic for STIs, please call (413) 420 – 1730 to schedule an appointment with our Counseling & Testing team.

The Center for Recovery & Support (CRS) is a nurse-led department dedicated to the needs of people seeking recovery, living with HIV/AIDS, and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. CRS consists of the Ryan White HIV Program, the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program for addiction, the Counseling and Testing Program, the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Program for HIV prevention, Case Management for people living with HIV/AIDS through River Valley Counseling Center, and Hepatitis C Treatment. CRS also provides programming for Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) and a Group Acupuncture Clinic. CRS has a team of over 15 bilingual staff, including Nurses, Medical Assistants, Recovery Coaches, and Case Managers. This department provides services at the Holyoke Health Center and Chicopee Health Center.
