Pharmacy Provider Opportunites

Holyoke Health has the only 340b full service pharmacies in the area, which are located at our main Holyoke site and our Chicopee site.  Our pharmacy services have the latest technology to assist in accurate and efficient prescription dispensing, and we operate a robust Medication Therapy Management program.  The Holyoke site fills over 4,500 prescriptions weekly, the Chicopee site fills approximately 1,000 prescriptions weekly and both sites offer clinical pharmacy services and adherence packaging programs for high risk patients.  In the Holyoke Medical Home, pharmacy and medical staff work together to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.  The four cornerstones of our practice model include; providing patients access to affordable medications, quality assurances, efficient business operations and the provision of outcomes driven pharmaceutical care.  Holyoke Health's pharmacy departments are award winning and have garnered national recognition as a model to aspire to.

Holyoke Health has an excellent Pharmacy Residency Program that is accepting applications.
